NOTE: Order cancellations can only be processed within one hour of the ordering being places. Please email us at olinacustoms@gmail.com for any cancellations or issues.

Almost all of our products are made to order which usually takes 2-5 business days. After your order if finished, it is packed and shipped. Shipping times vary between countries so please see our shipping time chart below to get a delivery time for your respected country.

NOTE: Actual shipping times may be affected by external factors such as extreme weather, custom clearance (For International Orders), public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

We are a small business and will do our best to make sure every customer is more than happy with their order. Please trust that we will do everything in our power to reduce delays in shipment and processing times.

NOTE: On very rare occasions it may take up to 4 weeks for an order to be received due to uncontrolled snags in production and shipments. We will do our best to accommodate anyone who encounters this rare problem.

If you require an item to be delivered in a specific time frame please message us before ordering the product to confirm that the product can be expedited for you. We do not take responsibility for a product not arriving on your desired time when fulfillment time frames and shipping time frames have been provided above.

Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 30 days from your order confirmation email. After 30 days your order will be marked as closed and we will not be able to process any refunds. Please note that orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel failed to deliver due to "no recipient upon delivery time" or "wrong address" entered on the order. If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivery successfully we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.

NOTE: If you entered a wrong address at the time of your order please contact us ASAP. We can only make changes to the address within one hour of when the order is placed. If the package is already in transit we will not be able to change the delivery address or refund your order. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information and we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses entered by any of our customers.

All orders include a tracking number with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivery to the address on the order but you have no received your order please contact the respective courier within your location to investigate the issue. We will not be held accountable for parcels when tracking information indicates the package has been delivered successfully.
